In this case, the client brought us a design that originally featured 150 apartments and ground-floor commercial space. By the time the scheme achieved planning permission, the scheme had been reimagined to include 255 apartments and a much-enhanced ground floor space, all within a design that was more visually appealing and forward-thinking.
